Inspiration for reducing your environmental impact

You’ve read about climate strikes. During lockdown you might have noticed cleaner air and that it was pleasant to cycle on almost empty roads. You’re conscious of your environmental impact, but not sure how to start reducing it?

I think one great way to start is by being inspired by what’s already out there.

My favourite resources:

  • Zero Waste Home by Bea Johnson – you can have a comfortable and stylish home, save time and money, and be healthier
  • The Little book of Hygge by Meik Wiking – focusing on the quality, and enjoying the experiences and simple pleasures
  • 101 Ideas for Veg from Small Spaces by Gardeners’ World magazine – growing food helps you connect with nature, understand what’s in seasons and it’s great for mental and physical health.

What resources inspire you?
