Passion for movement

I love movement. I have been dancing since I was 11 years old and I enjoy all kinds of activities involving movement in nature – the feeling of freedom that comes from swimming in the sea, the breathtaking views when snowboarding on fresh snow up in the mountains or the excitement of cycling in your local neighbourhood and seeing things from a whole new perspective.

I believe movement helps humans to find their centre, connect with their bodies (a vital connection that I feel is lost in so many) and find their authentic self.
